We are partnering with Lawson State, the Central Six workforce development region, and the Alabama Career Center to help promote the job fair and recruit potential attendees. Some participants will have received 4 days of free training, which includes lawn maintenance equipment operation and safety, pruning techniques, and problem solving on the job site. The job fair will be open to the public, so not all participants will have received the training. Tables are $250 each and your fees help pay for facility rental, marketing, and other expenses necessary to produce this event. Members committed to the job fair are also invited to stop by on Monday March 2nd for lunch and to meet participants.
